1. By using this site and submitting an order you agree to bound by these rules and regulations.
2. We reserve the right to alter the rules and regulations for usage of this site. Our new rules enter into force since the moment of their publication.

If NiaStyle.com doesn't inform you that the items you have selected are not available up to one business day after placing the order, the customer who placed the order (physical/juridical/other entity) is considered a Buyer, and the Sales Agreement is valid by virtue of Commercial Law in the event of a written agreement.
8. The deadline for order delivery on the territory of Bulgaria is 3 /three/ business days through currier at our expense. The delivery period for international orders is two weeks, and the shipping cost is at customer’s expense and is subject to preliminary agreement. In case of other payment methods (bank tranfer, etc), delivery period starts after payment is being received.
9. We are not liable in the event of order delay due to circumstances beyond the control of NiaStyle Ltd.
10. Any claims regarding damages of delivered items are accepted only if done immediately in a written formin a written form (no later then 1 hour) after receiving the respective good (online or via fax). In this case the Buyer has the right to return to Seller the damaged good, and the Seller shall return the money. Return cost is at Buyer's expense. Filing claims after inspecting and accepting the good are not valid, and in this case NiaStyle EOOD does not bear responsibility.
11. We need the following information when implementing an order: first and last name, address for contact and delivery address, telephone number, e-mail, details about size, date of birth. We use this information for order processing, service improvement as well as for customer communication regarding products, services and promotions. The provided personal information is subject to use only by our company.
